System Slave
System Slave is an American Hard Rock/Alternative Metal Band that formed in St. Louis, Missouri in early 2015. The Band currently consists of Stephen Harris (Vocals), Mike Messex (Rhythm/Lead Guitar and Backup Vocals), Chuck Guzman (Drums), Mitch Davis (Lead Guitar), and Steven Miller (Bass Guitar). The Band Members formed together as established Musicians to create music that was “real”. System Slave embarked on it’s journey of performing making big waves in the St. Louis, MO Hard Rock/ Metal Music Scene. The Band grasped Hard Rock fans almost instantly in their Hometown and Regional Area playing alongside great Bands such as; Gemini Syndrome, 9 Electric, Fear Factory, Soilwork, and Mushroom Head. System Slave during that time also had the opportunity team up with “NINE10 Studio Productions LLC” and produce it’s own successful Music Festival “Winter Mayhem”. System Slave has currently completed the Band’s first full length Album in late 2016 and is set to be released June 10th 2017.
System Slave went on to be Interviewed and Published in Music Magazines, such as; Melodic Magazine – Chicago Illinois, RBL Magazine, and Silly Magazine regarding the bands goals and album. Shortly after the Release of “Loaded”, “Last in Line”, and “Lights of Seattle”; Loaded went on to Win “Best Hard Rock Song” in the Academia Awards.
“It’s chiseled vocal grain, vulnerable lyricism and fervent guitar communications make ‘Loaded’ a compelling rock jam with the kind of originality you can build an album around.”– The Akademia Music Awards
The Akademia Music Awards, Los Angeles, California – Presented System Slave with an Award for “Best Hard Rock Song”, their Song, “Loaded”.
“No matter how much or how little One-On-One time I got to speak to each of the guys of System Slave, watching them perform really goes to show that each one of them feel a sense of accomplishment. They are all so humble and so proud of how far they’ve come. They really do put on an entertaining show and one person’s opinion isn’t going to sway the feelings they take home afterwards; it’s the crowd and the electricity in the air. Believe me when I say that their fans admire and appreciate them as if they were their own family, just as they appreciate and admire their fans for being so supportive.”– Melodic Magazine
System Slave’s goals are to be great at what they do by writing, producing inspirational music, and to build a Family with their Audience. The band finds inspiration for their Music from their Fans, and what’s going on in the World, addressing many of the issues we face in everyday life and express that through their songs.
System Slave is striving to grow bigger, go further, and bring forth an Exceptional Experience for their Fans.
